These three houses were designed with a building coefficient of 0,25. Although all new housing in Çeşme is two stories high, the old Şantiye Housing project is still very popular, partly because they were conceived and built on a single storey plan. Lately, many families have begun to prefer single storey houses over double storey ones because they are more convenient and comfortable in everyday use.
All the houses are inward looking to either avoid the sports hall across the northern street or to look towards the green belt between these three houses and those parcels on the eastern side.
