Haluk Kanpak Residence was planned on a long, thin lot in the Sakarya District of Çeşme. having 7 meter setbacks on all sides due to the surrounding roads.  The residence was planned for the client and his two children, as three separate, two-storey flats, under one roof.  Each identical flat had to have a separate entrance with all the flats sharing a common sauna/Turkish Bath complex, annexing the residence.

Local stone covering, stucco, teak veneered aluminium composite profiles and exposed concrete were used on exterior walls. For the interior, ceramic tiles and wooden parquet were specified,  while for the outdoors, wood decking, pebble covered tiles, brushed concrete paving and grass surfaces were used.
